It seems I only update this when a public figure that was important to me dies. George Carlin probably helped shape my sense of humor more than any other comedian. Always on top of his game and always bringing the laughs, whether he was being nonsensical or dead serious. George blended fart jokes with political humor and daily observations seamlessly, and made you think while he made you laugh. The world became a little worse today. Godspeed, George.
